I discovered yoga in 1999 and have been practicing ever since.  I found it as a way to ease my depression and anxiety, and as a much needed tool to break away from the mental gymnastics going on in my head. I have studied many forms of yoga and meditation throughout the years and I use methods from several traditions to customize practices for my clients.  While my approach is simple, sessions are always dynamic, incorporating mindfulness, balance, strength, flexibility, humor, and a little rock and roll. There is always a deep focus on breath. My goal is to create space for my clients to get in touch with their spirt, light, and the love within them....because from this place, anything is possible.
