How can I up my game? How can I not only handle the pressure to be a champion but thrive against my competition? How can I ready myself for the field of collage or professional sports? 

ANSWER: BRO + YOGA = BROGA

In 2011, I had the opportunity to teach high school football players that were currently enrolled in recruiter camps for college and professional teams. Broga is what came out of that.

What is Broga?

Broga is an approach to the practice of yoga and meditation specifically geared towards the advancement of the high level athlete. De-stress, let go of the day, get a high-intensity workout in a fun environment while upping your game, and overall enhance your daily performance. And...you get to do it with your bros. 

Why Broga?

Who's Doing It?
